During the pre-move planning stage we pay careful attention to Health & Safety, creating a full risk assessment method statement for all phases of your move. All of our operative staff are fully trained in identifying hazards and creating secondary risk assessments prior to commencing work each day, ensuring the upmost safety of your staff and any third parties who may be present.
Within your quotation documentation you will have everything set out in a clear and concise manner. We will detail your scope of works ensuring both parties fully understand what is required. The methodology will explain what will be happening, on what days and at what times. Once accepted and signed our operations department will book in your work and send confirmation of the dates and details of the crews, vehicles and resources being used. Your crates will then be delivered along with labels and move guidance documents on how to label items and crates correctly. Then on the move day our vehicle and crews will attend site and undertake the work as agreed in your methodology.
You will also be provided with an out of hours contact, who will be available to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer any questions or queries you may have.
