All of our staff are fully trained in all aspects of commercial and industrial removals, fitting and installation of furniture, careful wrapping and unwrapping, protection of premises, tackling awkward access and egress. We pride ourselves on all staff having a second to none attitude to customer care.
Our Health & Safety consultant ensures that each and every requirement is met and risk assessments are carried out on each and every job. We at JT & Sons Relocations care not just for our Client base but also for all Employees and understand the need to communicate each and every requirement of our Clients, as well as those that are set out by the Health & Safety Executive.
We undertake these responsibilities through our detailed Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Instruction Sheets which can be scanned and forwarded to you on the completion of each and every removal phase.
Each member of staff is focused on delivering a professional and calm approach to all situations, whether a straight forward delivery or indeed some of the more complicated projects that we undertake, leaving you to feel confident that your furniture and premises are in professional and safe hands.
We also employ fully qualified electricians enabling us to undertake electrical work which can be signed off as per the current regulations.
Each team that we send out also has a certified first-aider to ensure our staff's safety as well as that of individuals who are in the presence of our staff. Each and every member of staff is fully trained in manual handling, safe working at heights, identifying risks and hazards, emergency first aid and undertaking secondary risk assessments. We undertake this training on an annual basis and all members of staff attend.
Due to the nature of the environments we work in, all of our staff are checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and cleared to SC Level.
