At JT & Sons we pride ourselves on delivering the best services possible. We work with a positive can-do attitude which allows us to do everything in our power to complete your relocation requirement. We provide porters as a stand alone service to work to your instructions, relocating furniture and equipment for you. Our porters are fully trained in manual handling, safe working at heights, identifying hazards, office file packing and furniture wrapping.
Office relocations are the core business of JT & Sons. Every removal undertaken effectively has porterage within the service provided. Our staff have been carefully selected to provide our clients with experienced crews who will guide you through the relocation process in a calm and efficient manner.
JT & Sons undertake internal staff relocations on a weekly basis both during the working week and more commonly out of working hours. Completing your office move out of hours, ensures your business has a minimal disruption and downtime. We often undertake 'internal churns' for all sizes of companies ranging from, a move across the office, to relocating thousands of staff.
We understand that every relocation is different which is why JT & Sons provide each client with a bespoke moving service, tailor made to suit their individual requirement. We believe that all of our clients have their own unique situations, so we ensure that everyone receives a comprehensive planning and analysis service with one of our fully qualified Prince2 project managers. Who are on hand to visit your premises in order to discuss your requirements and provide a package that suits you.
We specialise in office relocations from all sizes. We have undertaken a large number of office removals since starting out and this has become our specialist service.
During the pre-move planning stage we pay careful attention to Health & Safety, creating a full risk assessment method statement for all phases of your move. All of our operative staff are fully trained in identifying hazards and creating secondary risk assessments prior to commencing work each day, ensuring the upmost safety of your staff and any third parties who may be present.
Within your quotation documentation you will have everything set out in a clear and concise manner. We will detail your scope of works to ensure both parties fully understand what is required. The methodology will explain what will be happening, on what days and at what times. Once accepted and signed our operations department will book in your work and send you confirmation of the dates, details of the crews, vehicles and resources being used. Your crates will then be delivered along with labels and move guidance documents on how to label items and crates correctly. Then on the move day our vehicle and crews will attend site and undertake the work as agreed in your methodology.
Once accepted, you will be provided with an out of hours contact, who will be available to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer any questions or queries you may have.
