Our commitment to quality is proven with our accreditations to BS 8522, The Commercial Moving Quality Standard, which was first obtained after just one year of trading. The following year we gained a further accreditation to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and have since gained accreditation to ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. We are also proud to be members of The British Association of Removers and The Commercial Moving Group. We have worked hard to gain these respected Standards and Memberships which are recognised industry wide, in an effort to give our clients complete confidence and peace of mind when using our services.
Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of commercial and industrial removals, fitting and installation of furniture, careful wrapping and unwrapping, protection of premises, tackling awkward access and egress. We pride ourselves on all our staff providing the highest possible standards of customer care.
Our Health & Safety consultant ensures that each and every requirement is met for all jobs. Detailed Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Instruction Sheets are completed, all of which can be scanned and forwarded to you on the completion of each removal phase. Every member of staff is focused on delivering a professional and logical approach to all situations, whether a straightforward delivery or something more complicated, leaving you to feel confident that your furniture and premises are in reliable and safe hands. We also employ fully qualified electricians enabling us to undertake electrical work which can be signed off in line with current regulations.
Every team we send out has a certified first-aider to ensure our staff’s safety as well as that of individuals who are in the presence of our staff. All members of staff are fully trained in manual handling, safe working at heights, identifying risks and hazards, emergency first aid and undertaking secondary risk assessments. This training takes place on an annual basis and all members of staff attend. Due to the nature of the environments we work in, all of our staff are checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and cleared to SC Level.
JTS Relocations Ltd was formed in 2008. For such a young company we are extremely proud of being winners of the industry’s famous Commercial Mover of the Year award for two years running in both 2013 and 2014, as well as being a finalist in 2015. We were also awarded a Certificate of Merit in 2011, 2012 and 2016.
