A successful relocation is only possible when there is ongoing and accurate communication throughout the project between all parties. From the appointment of one of our Prince 2 qualified Project/Move managers until the end of the relocation you can rest assured that you will receive regular feedback during every stage of the move.

Project move management within the removal industry
The project manager (also known as the move manager) is responsible for the pre-move planning, agreeing all aspects of the project with the client, programming, labelling and managing the logistical and physical aspects of the move, ensuring the project installation runs smoothly.
Based on the site throughout the relocation, our Project Manager will be your main point of contact and will manage our removal crews to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer, our Project Manager can take complete control and organise the entire installation on your behalf, ensuring everything is in place and as it should be upon your return to the premises.
Our experienced Project Managers are also able to undertake storage audits and furniture inventories.
Space Planning
Our experienced in-house design team can undertake feasibility studies of your existing or new office, ensuring any new furniture fits within the proposed space. We can also review your existing office layout ensuring the most efficient use and maximising space whilst offering alternative design solutions.
We are able to produce plans for all forms of consent whether that is for Building Regulations, Planning or Listed Building consent.
As part of our service we provide three dimensional images and elevation drawings.
