What Information will we collect about you:
When you contact us for a removal/relocation quotation we collect the relevant information needed
by us to assess your removal/relocation needs and calculate a quotation. We collect this
information during via telephone conversations, emails, enquiries through our live chat facility,
from information you supply via our website contact form and any other written details you may
send to us.
How your information will be used:
The information we collect will be used by employees of Bay Logic Ltd T/A JTS Relocations to
ensure the proper servicing of your enquiry and any work you may book with us. We will only keep
the minimum of personal information required and this information may be kept for up to seven
years in line with relevant legislation. Data held electronically may be retained for longer.
We may share your information with and obtain information about you or your Company or the
Company you work for (where our contract is between your Company/the Company you work for)
from credit reference agencies. If you require information that we have obtained please do not
hesitate to contact us.
We will never share or sell your personal information to any other irrelevant third party.
Your rights of access to your data:
You have a right to obtain a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. If you believe
that any information held is incorrect or incomplete, you should contact us. Any information that is
found to be incorrect or incomplete will be amended promptly.
You also have a right to “be forgotten”, this means you can ask for the information which we hold
about you to be deleted from our records but this will mean that we will be unable to assist you
with any historical information of work carried out and any previous contact we have had with you.
