As we recognise that each relocation is unique, all our clients are provided with a bespoke moving service, which includes comprehensive planning and analysis. One of our experienced Prince2 Project Managers will undertake a site-visit and assessment in order to gain a full understanding of your exact requirements, thus ensuring every eventuality is accounted for and that you receive a package that suits you.

We provide each client with a full quotation pack, including a methodology, times and description of work to be undertaken each day. We also include the scope of works so that we both understand the project in full and what is required of us. Once all paperwork is agreed, signed and returned, we will book in your job with our operations department who will then book the required staff along with all resources, materials, tools, equipment and vehicles. You will then receive your labelling pack with all labels and move guidance packs for each employee.

During the pre-move planning stage we pay careful attention to Health & Safety, creating a full risk assessment method statement for all the phases of your move. All of our operative staff are fully trained in identifying hazards and creating secondary risk assessments prior to commencing work each day, ensuring the utmost safety of your staff and any third parties who may be present. Our senior management are fully certified in Managing Safely by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
