Office relocations are the core business of JTS Relocations. Every removal undertaken effectively has porterage within the service provided, with our experienced crews able to guide you through the relocation process in a calm and efficient manner.
However, after most sizeable relocation or internal move there’s often a settling in period where it becomes obvious that some configurations of offices, furniture and/or teams can be further improved to make for more efficient working, or that some items of furniture simply need moving. This is where JTS Relocations can provide you with a porterage or churn service.
After the relocation you may have already chosen to retain a team or some of our porters for a period of time to carry out porterage services. This mean that changes can be done whilst your new set up is in place and the changes required can be done quickly.
Alternatively, you may wish to call us in on an ad-hoc basis for Churn Moves, to make any set-up changes for you as, and when required.

Internal staff removal services – just use our porterage services
We are more than happy to provide porters as a stand-alone service to work to your instructions, relocating furniture and equipment for you. Our porters are fully trained in manual handling, safe working at heights, identifying hazards, office file packing and furniture wrapping.
JTS Relocations undertakes internal staff relocations on a weekly basis, both during the working week and, more commonly, out of working hours. Completing your office move-out of hours ensures your business has minimal disruption and downtime. We often undertake ‘internal churns’ for all sizes of companies, ranging from a move across the office to relocating thousands of staff.
We understand that every relocation is different, which is why JTS Relocations provides each client with a bespoke moving service, tailor-made to suit their individual requirement. We provide fully qualified Prince2 project managers who are on hand to visit your premises in order to discuss your requirements and provide a package that suits you.
External staff removal services
During the pre-move planning stage, we pay careful attention to all aspects of Health & Safety, creating a full risk assessment method statement for all phases of your move. All our operative staff are fully trained in identifying hazards and creating secondary risk assessments prior to commencing work each day, ensuring the upmost safety of your staff, themselves and any third parties who may be present.
Detailed, clear and correct documentation for all office removals
Within your quotation documentation you will have everything set out in a clear and concise manner. We will detail your scope of works to ensure both parties fully understand what is required. The methodology will explain what will be happening, on what days and at what times. Once agreed upon, our operations department will book your work and send you confirmation of the dates and details of the crews, vehicles and resources being used. Any required crates or cartons will then be delivered along with labels and guidance documents on how to label items correctly. Then, on the move day, our vehicle and crews will attend the site and undertake the work as agreed in your methodology.
You will be provided with an out-of-hours contact who will be available to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to answer any questions or queries you may have.
