Pre-Move Planning

Our Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) conducted a full COSHH assessment, while our dedicated Move Manager completed a full Risk Assessment. All hazardous and regulated materials were managed under strict adherence to legal and environmental guidelines.
Specialist Handling and Equipment
ADR-trained personnel conducted the packing of all laboratory equipment under the close supervision of our DGSA. We deployed specialist air-ride suspension vehicles to ensure vibration-free transport, safeguarding highly sensitive instrumentation.
Clear Labelling and Coordination
A custom-designed labelling system was implemented to ensure systematic unpacking and placement at the new site. Continuous communication links were maintained to keep the client informed of progress, next steps, and key achievements throughout the move.
Operational Discipline
Team briefings were held at the start and end of each shift to ensure alignment, assign tasks, and reiterate risk-sensitive areas. This discipline ensured that the relocation proceeded to schedule and without incident.
Post-Move Support
Upon arrival, we unpacked all equipment, removed debris, and deployed a post-move support team to ensure all operational areas were set up to the client’s satisfaction. Our involvement continued until every end-user was fully supported and settled.
